A TYPICAL EXAMPLE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE

The image below is a scan by Google. It quite clearly shows that the page was moved before the scan was completed. How difficult is it to hold a page still for a couple of seconds whilst the scan is taking place? As I said, in my introduction to the bibliography, there is no justification, or excuse, for uploading images like this. Avoid all works digitized by Google.
